Transportation from and to the airport can be done using the hotel CLS or BellTrans shuttle buses and fee is $6/person. They are located right outside the baggage claim area.

From Los Angeles: driving north on I-15 - heading toward Las Vegas. Then see map below (the hotel is marked with an A sign).
  LANGUAGE
This seminar is in English. Simultaneous translation will be provided in Spanish and French. Please bring your FM receiver and headphones if you require translation.

FOOD
Great food at hotel and surrounding restaurants!
Our big dinner together on Friday night is $40 and will be a nice catered meal.

CAR RENTAL
There are many things to do in and around the hotel – within walking distance, but if you wish to rent a car, it is recommended that you do so when you purchase your airline ticket.

WHAT TO WEAR
Layered clothes as the desert can be warm during the day and cold at night at that time of the year. (A bathing suit and towel... just in case!) It will probably be a very comfortable 70-78F (21-21°C).
